If your organization needs to configure SSO for Crisp, Crisp recommends and supports integration with Azure Active Directory via OpenID Connect (OIDC).

To set up this integration:

  1. Register Crisp as an application with Azure, using the instructions in the Azure Help > Register a single-page application in Azure Active Directory B2C. Make sure to specify the following when registering the application:
    • Select Single-page application.
    • Enter the following Redirect URI: https://auth.gocrisp.com/__/auth/handler
    • On the Authentication tab, in the Implicit Grand and Hybrid Flows section, select ID tokens (used for implicit and hybrid flows).
  2. Contact your Crisp account manager or Crisp support to request we set up the integration on our end. Provide your contact at Crisp with the following information needed for set up.
    Hint: You can typically find this information on the Overview tab.
    • Application (client) ID

    • Directory (tenant) ID

    • Email/UPN domains used (if multiple)
