This report allows you to maximize sales and ensure a smooth customer experience for orders initiated online for in-store pickup or delivery. You can monitor digital performance and order execution to understand when and where to focus your efforts, improve digital content, or resolve issues with omni transactability. The following sections describe each page in this report.

Store Fulfillment Overview page

This page helps you to quickly spot and take action on product issues to prevent or resolve lost sales and contains the following visualizations.

Visualizations

  • Total Sales- Displays your total Omni sales over the selected time period. 
  • Total Digital Sales- Displays the total sales initiated through a digital channel over the selected time period.
  • Digital Contribution- Displays the percentage of your total sales that were initiated through a digital channel over the selected time period.
  • First Time Pick Rate: Displays the percentage of items that were picked in the first pick-walk for store fulfilled orders over the selected time period. Indicates the ease with which your products were found or their availability. 
  • Nil Pick Rate: Displays the percentage of items that were not fulfilled for orders. Indicates a difficulty physically locating products or a lack of availability. 
  • Lost Sales: Displays the estimated total sales (in dollars) lost due to nil picks over the selected time period.
  • First Time Pick Rate Trend- This graph allows you to see how your first time pick rate trends over time, to help you understand when a problem began or gauge the success of an intervention. 
  • Nil Pick Rate Trend- This graph allows you to see how your nil pick rate trends over time to help you troubleshoot issues or gauge the success of an intervention.
  • Top 10 Weighted First Time Pick Rate- This table displays a top ten list of products by their first time pick rate weighted by the amount of digital sales. This list gives you a good sense of products that have the biggest potential for lost sales. 
  • Top 10 Weighted Nil Pick Rate- This table displays a top ten list of products by their nil pick rate weighted by the amount of digital sales. This list gives you a good sense of products that have the biggest potential for lost sales. 
  • Top 10 Unweighted First Time Pick Rate: This table displays a list of products with the highest first time pick rate.
  • Top 10 Unweighted Nil Pick Rate: This table displays a list of products with the highest nil pick rate.

Store Fulfillment Details page

This page provides a detailed view of store fulfillment for a specific item. You click a state in the table to expand it and see store-specific data.

Store Fulfillment Item Details page

This page allows you to dig in and uncover specific products or categories that are driving lost sales, so you can take action to resolve them. You can select a time period filter at the top of the page, or a product filter (e.g., Department, Category, Brand) to the left of the table to refine the information shown in the table. You can right-click an an individual product and select Drill-through > Store Fulfillment details to see an item-specific page with item and store fulfillment details.
