Please refer to your email provided by the Crisp team for your:
- Crisp System URL
- Email Address for system access
- Temporary Password - which you will reset upon logging in the first time
Instructions for Account Setup
- Navigate to the Crisp System URL provided via email.
- You will be taken to a Crisp Login screen. On this page, enter the Crisp provided email address.
Note: You do not enter a password here. Once you have entered the email, the screen will update to allow you to log in to Crisp Analytics. -
Select the Log In With Crisp Analytics button.
- A Microsoft login window appears where you will re-enter the Crisp-provided email address, then click Next.
Note: If you already have a Microsoft email filled in, make sure you select Use another account, then copy the Crisp provided email address into the Sign in field. - On the screen that appears, enter the temporary password from the email from the Crisp team, then select Next.
- Update your password by entering and confirming a new password.
The Crisp application reappears.
5. From the side menu, select Retail Analytics.
The Workspaces sidebar menu appears.
6. Select the workspace that you want to see (e.g., harmonized retailer).
Note: The available workspaces vary depending on what Crisp Retail Analytics retailers and products you are configured for.
7. If you see a prompt to verify your email again, re-enter it. You may also need to refresh your browser a couple of times to see the workspace reports appear.
