Please refer to your email provided by the Crisp team for your:

  • Crisp System URL
  • Email Address for system access
  • Temporary Password - which you will reset upon logging in the first time

Instructions for Account Setup

1. Navigate to your Crisp System URL provided via email.

2. You will be taken to a Crisp Login screen. On this page you will enter the Crisp provided email address. Please note: you will NOT be entering a password here. Once you have entered the email, the screen will change. Click on the 'Log In With Crisp Analytics'.

3. You will then be taken to a Microsoft Login where you will re-enter the Crisp provided email, and click 'Next'. If you already have a Microsoft email coming up please make sure you select 'Use another account' and then copy the Crisp provided email address again.

4. On the next screen you will be asked to enter a password. Please refer to your email from the Crisp team for your Temporary Password. After you paste this temporary password and select 'Next', you will be prompted to immediately create a new password.

5. You should now be returned to Crisp. You will then select the 'Retail Analytics' option from the sidebar, followed by the Workspace for the organization.  You may see a prompt to verify your email one more time in the embedded experience. You may also need to refresh your browser a couple of times to see the workspace appear.

6. Start to explore! The Performance Insights section will be a great place to start.
