    Low SS with Fract Forecast: Replenishment for items with low forecasts (e.g. 0.25 units/store/week) is typically driven by safety stock. When an item like this unexpectedly sells an extra unit or two, it can cause the store to run out well ahead of the system's expectation
    Sales Outlier: Unexpected spike in sales
 
System: A store was originally on a PO line distribution, but removed after dynamic

    Low Store Count: A DC is servicing less than 15 stores for the item
    Multiple Prime: An item has multiple prime item numbers at the same store
    New DFU: A new item-store combination for this item has been created but not enough time was allotted for the flow of inventory to the store
    Prime Change: The prime item in the cross-reference chain has changed from one item to another, but not enough time was allotted for the flow of inventory to the store to reflect this change
    Priority Flag: Priority item (typically the prime item in the cross-reference chain) is out of stock but non-priority item in chain has inventory available
    Promo Reserved: Item has inventory at a DC in Reserved Quantity despite being out of stock at stores
    SRO: The ""Stop Replenishment Only"" flag has been applied to an item at a store
    Store DRP: The ""Do Not Replenish"" flag for the item has been turned on at one or more stores
    Trapped Inventory: Item has inventory at a DC despite being out of stock at the store; DC inventory has not moved recently - appears to be ""trapped"" at the DC"

    EOQ-Breakpack: If the item is setup as breakpack, the vendor pack to warehouse pack ratio may be too high for too low of a rate of sale
