This report provides on time and in full (OTIF) metrics which help you assess the timeliness and completeness of your deliveries, so you can address inefficiencies in your supply chain and improve compliance to avoid fees and penalties.

Visualizations
This report page contains the following visualizations to help you analyze your on time and in full performance:
- On Time tile- This tile displays your on time percentage (the proportion of deliveries that arrived on the expected delivery date) and on time cases (the count of cases that arrived on the expected delivery date.
- In Full tile- This tile displays your in full percentage (the proportion of deliveries that were delivered in the full quantity ordered) and in full cases (the count of cases that arrive in full).
- On Time Accountability- This pie chart displays the percentage of deliveries that arrive within the scheduled delivery window, and for deliveries that did not arrive on time, indicates whether the delay was due to a Walmart issue or supplier issue.
- In Full Accountability- This pie chart displays the percentage of deliveries that were delivered in the full quantity ordered, and for orders that were not delivered in full, indicates whether the deficit was due to a Walmart issue or supplier issue.
- Accountability bar graph- This graph displays your on-time accountability percentages broken down by reason to help you get a deeper understanding of what is causing accountability issues.

On Time Variance bar graph- This chart displays how your orders arrived in terms of timeliness. Each bar in this chart represents a timeliness bucket and displays the percentage of your orders that fell into that bucket. Walmart defines the timeliness buckets as follows:
0: Exactly on time, meaning the delivery arrived within the scheduled delivery window.
1: Slightly late or early, such as 1-15 minutes deviation from the scheduled time.
2: Moderately late or early, such as 16-30 minutes deviation.
3: Noticeably late or early, such as 31-60 minutes deviation.
4: Significantly late or early, such as 61-120 minutes deviation.
5: Very late or early, such as 2-4 hours deviation.
6: Extremely late or early, such as 4-12 hours deviation.
7: Severely late or early, meaning more than 12 hours deviation. - Trend Analysis line graph- This graph displays the variations over time in on-time, in-full, collect-ready, and overfilled percentages, offering a comprehensive view of delivery performance trends and patterns. Collect-Ready indicates the percentage of deliveries that were prepared and ready for collection by Walmart. Overfilled Percentage represents the percentage of deliveries containing quantities exceeding the ordered amount, highlighting instances of excess inventory and potential storage issues.
- Category table- This table displays breaks down unfilled and overfilled orders by category to help you understand if specific categories are driving OTIF issues.
- Collect/Prepaid metrics- This tile breaks displays your compliant and non-compliant orders by freight payment type to help you better understand where issues may be occuring in the supply chain and determine the best course for improving compliance.
