Overview tiles

These visualizations appear at the top of the page and provide key performance indicators (KPIs) to help you get a quick snapshot of your points of distribution and their status (new, existing, at risk, recovered, and lost). 

Other visualizations

  • My Customer Penetration (table)- Displays sales and POD information for each POD status by product line.

  • POD Status History (chart)- Provides weekly POD counts w/ sales over time by POD status (at risk, lost, new, recovered). You can hover over a point on the line to see more details.

Retention Detail page

This page provides sales and POD status information for your products and the category to help you evaluate specific products, assess your performance compared to the category, or determine how to take action when PODs are at risk or lost for specific products. 

Visualizations

  • Status by Product (chart)- Provides POD counts with sales and POD and customer counts by product category to help you understand how each category is performing on retention.

  • POD Count by Status (donut chart)- Displays your POD count with sales by current POD status to help you understand how many active PODs fall into each status. 

  • Weekly Sales by Customer (chart)-Displays your weekly average sales amount and current POD status count by customer. 

  • Details (table)- This table provides further details at the customer level.
