You can filter Crisp Retail Analytics report pages to quickly focus in on the data you need for your business or role.
To filter your reports:
- From the top of the screen, select a filter (e.g., Product Number).
- Search for and select the criteria for which you want to filter.
Hint: You can copy and paste a list of criteria (such as product numbers) into the search bar and matching criteria will be selected automatically, allowing you to quickly filter for a large number of criteria. This search feature is case sensitive, so make sure the list you copy matches the case of the filter options.
Your filters are applied. If you switch to another report that includes the same filters your filters will persist. You can also create shareable filter groups that allow you to quickly apply a predefined set of filters to any reports. For more: Creating filter groups.
To filter visualizations:
You can select an element in a visualization (such as a state in a heat map or a bar in a bar chart) to filter a report by that criteria. For example, in the following image, Texas is selected in the heat map, so all the other visualizations in the report are just displaying data for Texas.
Note: This type of filtering does not persist if you switch reports or create bookmarks.
