This page provides weekly totals and daily sales and inventory performance indicators to help you get a high-level view of how your performance is trending for the week.
This page contains the following visualizations:
Overview Visualizations
The following visualizations appear at the top of the page and provide key performance indicators (KPIs) for the selected time period.
- Total Sales WTD (Week-to-Date): The total sales dollars for the current week.
- Total Sales Units WTD: The total sales units for the current week.
- Total Sales WTD Projected: Projects the anticipated total sales dollars for the week based on current sales.
- Total Sales Units WTD Projected: Projects the anticipated total sales units for the week based on current sales.
- EOH Units + OT (Ending On-Hand Units + On-Order Units): The inventory units currently at stores, plus units ordered but not yet received.
- WIP % (Walk-In Purchasability Percentage): The percentage of stores where the product is available for a customer to purchase off the shelf.
Other visualizations
- Daily sales (chart): Displays the sales dollars for the last three days to quickly pinpoint trends.
- Daily sales by channel (chart): Shows the breakdown of sales across each retail channel over the last three days.
- Daily Sales Summary (table): Lists daily sales dollars and units broken down by regular, promo (promotional), and clearance sales.
Comparison page
This page allows for deep performance analysis by comparing any two selected date ranges. For example, you can compare the current week's performance against the previous year's promotional window to help contextualize sales shifts and inform mid-week tactical decisions.
This page contains the following visualization:
- Product comparison (table): Provides sales, pricing, and inventory data by product for the current period and the comparison period. The table highlights dollar changes and percent variances for metrics like Total Sales dollars, Total Sales Units, Units Per Store Per Week (UPSPW), and Weeks of Supply (WOS).
Detail page
This report page provides the most granular view, displaying daily performance data by week and product to help you easily spot trends and dig deeper into performance and availability for specific products.
This page contains the following visualizations:
- Daily Sales (table): Displays total sales dollars by day for the selected time period. The colors indicate high- and low-sales periods, helping you identify the highest-impact sales days.
- Product detail tables: These tables provide detailed sales and inventory metrics by product, including EOH Units (Store), EOH Units (DC), and WIP %. The second table also calculates the two-day change for inventory and WIP % to highlight immediate stock and availability changes.
- Sales trend (chart): Displays the total sales dollars over the last eight weeks broken down by day of the week. This clearly shows which days are driving performance and helps you quickly validate new sales strategies.
