When you log into your Crisp account, you’ll see your products page first. This page is your account’s dashboard and provides you with a ton of information right at a glance.
Below we’ll describe what each feature is.
Search and Page Selection
In the top left you’ll find your account’s search bar and the tabs for the Product, New Event, and Upload Data pages. Click those tabs to toggle to those respective screens or use the search bar to look for a product or customer.
In the top right, you’ll find your account profile. Click this button to access your account settings or log out.
Click this button to change the time resolution for your sales history and forecasting columns. You can select daily, weekly, or monthly time buckets to sort your data into. You can also change the number of columns displayed for sales history and forecasts. Learn more about adjusting your account's time resolution here.
Click this button to filter your data by product group. Haven’t created a product group yet? Click here to learn how to create new product groups.
Click this button to filter your data by customer. By default, all customers are shown. However, you can filter down to specific customers with this button.
Click this button to download your forecasts as a .csv for quick sharing with your collaborators. Learn more about exporting your data here.
Sales History and Forecast Table
The black line differentiates sales history data (to the left) and forecasted numbers (to the right) for each product.
Click the dropdown arrow to toggle the Product by Customer view. Your selected customers will be revealed. You can then view your forecasts for each product by individual customer.
Click the product ID to dig deeper into the data for a particular product.
