Crisp uses two fields of data to generate your list of products: product name and product ID. The product ID field is expected to be unique per product. If you are unable to find a specific product within your Crisp account after uploading your data, it is possible that the product ID was related to a different product name at some point within your data.
If a product's product ID is associated with more than one product name, Crisp will assume that your product's name changed. It will then collapse the data for both product into a single product entry, using the product name most recently associated with the duplicate product ID.
To get all of your products into Crisp, we recommend using a unique product ID for each individual product. First, edit your data to associate your unique products with unique product IDs. Then, upload your data into Crisp again. Crisp will then ingest your data and update your product list to reflect the updated product IDs and names.
