Can I change or delete my account's holiday calendar?

Crisp automatically uses calendars to determine the effects of holidays on your product's demand. By default Crisp uses a standard US holiday calendar, but you can change or delete the calendar through your account's settings. 

Change your calendar

Want to use a different calendar to inform your forecasts? No problem! 

1. Log into your Crisp account

2. Click your profile in the top right of the account dashboard

3. Select Account Settings from the dropdown

4. Click the Calendars tab

5. Use the search box to select a new calendar

6. Click save to confirm your calendar selection

Delete your calendar

Are your products holiday-agnostic? You can delete your account’s holiday calendar to remove that demand driver from your forecasts.

1. Log into your Crisp account

2. Click your profile in the top right of the account dashboard

3. Select Account Settings from the dropdown

4. Click the Calendars tab

5. Click the x beside the calendars that are currently selected

6. Click save to confirm your calendar deselection
