Manage events

After you create an event, Crisp will provide you with a few different tools to help you to view and edit that event going forward.

View events on the products page

You can quickly identify events at-a-glance on the products page. 

1. Log in to your Crisp account

2. On the products page, you can quickly tell if a cell is being impacted by an event by looking for the small black triangle in the top right corner of the cell:

   
   
   
   
3. Click the cell to see the event information at a glance. In the pop-up, you will see a graph indicating the impact that the event had on your demand during that time period. Below that, you will see the event information listed. 
   
   
   
   

View events on the product details page

You can also view event information when you are viewing a product details page.

1. Log in to your Crisp account

2. On the Products page, click the ID of the product that you would like to add an event for:
   
   

3. Events are indicated by a black diamond on the Sales / Forecast plot. On hover, you will be able to see how many events are present for that time point

   

4. Click the point to view a pop-up with more information about the event
   
   

5. Below the Sales / Forecast plot, you can also view a list of all events that impact the product
   
   

Edit or delete existing events on the products page

1. Log in to your Crisp account

2. On the products page, identify the event that you want to edit by looking for the black triangle in the top right of the impact cell. 

   

3. Click the cell that you want to edit. On click, the cell inspector pop-up will appear

4. Click the event that you want to edit
   
   

5. On click, Crisp will navigate you to the edit events page. Several fields will be pre-populated with your event information. Click each box to edit the information
   
   
6. Click save to update your event or delete to remove the event from your Crisp account

Edit or delete existing events on a product details page

1. Log in to your Crisp account

2. On the Products page, click the ID of the product that you would like to edit or delete events for:
   
   

3.  Below the Sales / Forecast plot, scroll down to the Events section. Events that impact this product will be listed there. Click edit to make updates to the event or delete to remove the event from your Crisp account.
