Crisp relies on your sales order history data in order to generate forecasts for you. The more data that you provide Crisp with, the more accurate your forecasts will be. Recent data is also extremely useful for Crisp!
Uploading data manually can get tiresome, but thankfully, most ERP or accounting software offer the ability to schedule and email reports. This type of feature is typically used to share your data with your collaborators. Leveraging this feature, Crisp offers each user a unique email address that they can use as the recipient of the automatic ERP email. Crisp will automatically upload any data that is sent to that email address into your Crisp account, making it easy for you to set it and forget it.
Follow the instructions below to find your unique automatic ingestion email address within your Crisp account.
Click your profile in the top right of the account dashboard and select “account settings” from the dropdown
Scroll down to the section titled Data Ingest Email and click the edit button
Your account will then list a unique email address ending in @ingest.gocrisp.com
