Next steps for users with credentials associated with multiple suppliers or brands
Today, Crisp can only pull data for one supplier and one brand associated with a single KeHE Connect username. To build dashboards for multiple suppliers and brands, you will need to create additional KeHE Connect credentials that are only associated with one supplier and brand each. Then, you can set up additional Crisp connectors using those credentials. Ultimately, each supplier and brand combination will have its own dashboard.
- Log into KeHE Connect
- Click User Management
- Click Create New User
- Enter the ESN that you want to associate with this new user. If you only have one supplier ESN, enter that ESN. If you have more than one supplier ESN, enter the ESN with the lowest value to associate with this new user.
- Click Create
- Enter the email address that you want to use for this user account. We recommend using an internal email address whose inbox you can access. Also enter a first and last name as well as a title.
- Under All ESNs, confirm that the lowest ESN supplier is selected
- In the Groups section, select all options
- Click Create in the bottom left
- Log into that email address's inbox and look for the verification email sent by KeHE
- Click the link in KeHE's email to verify your address
- KeHE will then prompt you to create a password and security questions for this account
- Click Submit for Approval
- Confirm that you can log into KeHE Connect using these credentials
- Return to this section to verify that the credentials are associated with only one ESN and brand and continue through the steps to connect these secondary credentials to Crisp as well.
