Confirm access to Walmart Retail Link portal and Decision Support App
- Navigate to Walmart Retail Link's portal.
- Enter your Walmart Retail Link username and password and click the login button.
- Select "Apps" in the top navigation bar
- Confirm that your account has access to the Decision Support and OTIF Scorecard apps
- If you do not have access to these apps, navigate to the Supplier Center to request access to Decision Support / DSS.

Connect Crisp and Walmart Retail Link
- Log into your Crisp account.
- Click the 9-square grid in the top right and select Connectors from the dropdown.
- Select the Walmart connector option.
- Enter your Walmart Retail Link username and password.
- Click Save & Test.
- Crisp will attempt to use your credentials to access Walmart Retail Link. Once successful, Crisp will display green checkmarks next to each step of the connection process.
