Suppliers who sell through Whole Foods have access to information about their sales through Whole Foods Market (WFM) Vendor Reporting portal. 

By setting up a connector between Crisp and this portal, you can analyze the data using Crisp's easy-to-use, actionable dashboards or feed that data into any outbound connector

Authorizing the connection 

To set up the connection, in the WFM Vendor Reporting portal, you will need to authorize Crisp as a broker and then assign your brand with us.

Note: You will need to have your company registered with WFM Vendor Reporting and your login information for the portal on hand. 

Steps:

  1. Login to the Whole Foods Market Vendor Reporting portal using your credentials.
  2. Select Authorize Brokers.WFM_Authorize_Brokers.png

  3. From the Add a new Broker/ Distributor section, select Crisp, Inc.  WFM_Add_New_Broker.png
  4. Select the Submit button.
    If the authorization was successful, Crisp, Inc. now appears in the Previously Authorized Brokers/Distributors section.

  5. Return to the main menu, then select Associate Brands to Broker Account.Associate_Brands_to_Broker_Account.png
  6. From the list of Previously Authorized Brokers/Distributors, select Crisp, Inc. Select_Broker_To_Associate_with_Brand.png
  7. From the Brand drop-down menu, select which brand to associate with Crisp, Inc.Select_Brand.png
  8. Select the Submit button.Submit_Button.png

The connection is authorized. 

Connecting Whole Foods and Crisp

After adding Crisp as a broker and assigning a brand to Crisp, you can connect your crisp account to your WFM Vendor Reporting account. 

Steps:

  1. Log into your Crisp account.
  2. From the main menu at the top right of the screen, select Inbound Connectors

  3. Select the Whole Foods connector tile.

  4. If you want, update the name for your connector, then enter your brand name.
    Note: This field is case sensitive and you must enter the brand name exactly as it appears in the Whole Foods vendor portal.

  5. Select the Save button.

A diagnostic checklist appears on the right side of the screen. Once all the items are complete, green check marks appear next to them and the connection is finalized.

Note: This connection may take some time to finalize as someone at Whole Foods will need to manually approve the addition of Crisp as a broker.
