Pulling information directly from UNFI, the chargebacks tab in your UNFI dashboard reveals trade spend insights in a number of ways. In this tutorial, you will learn about each visualization available through the UNFI dashboard on the chargebacks tab. Quickly jump to a specific visualization by clicking the links below.
Chargebacks Over Time
Use this line graph to see your chargeback history and look for possible patterns or outliers. Hover over the line graph to see total chargeback dollars by date or click to enable a filter.
Total Chargebacks, Total Invoices
At a first glance, these tiles offer chargeback summaries and provide high-level information about your spend. Once you've started enabling filters, these tiles add even more context.
Chargebacks by Warehouse
Hover over a bar for more details on a specific warehouse or click to filter the dashboard by that warehouse. When used with the Chargebacks by Code filter, you can better investigate from which areas certain chargebacks are emanating.
Chargebacks by Chain
This visualization breaks down your chargebacks by chain, making it easier for you to track and gauge spend. As with other visualizations, you can hover for more information or click a chain to apply as a filter.
Chargebacks by Product
Click the column headers to sort by chargeback dollars or number of invoices. By comparing the information in this table with the rest of the chargeback visualizations and the UNFI sales tab, you can gain a clearer sense of how products, promotions, and chargebacks relate.
This table exposes a wealth of information related to chain, code, and time period. Click within the table to filter the dashboard by customer name, chargeback category, and more. At the bottom of the Total Chargeback Dollars column is a sum total.
Chargebacks by Code
This chart breaks down the types of chargebacks that appear in the dashboard. Use in conjunction with the codes guide for more specific details.
Chargebacks by State
Click on a state to enable a cross filter or right-click to drill down into zip code. When Chargeback Code is the dashboard filter, this map can be used to better understand East and West Manufacturer Charge Backs (MCBs).
