Users who have purchased the Power BI outbound connector have the option to download templates created by Crisp to assist them in reading and manipulating their data outside of our platform. The Crisp UNFI template for Power BI includes a dashboard and two reports (sales and supply).

Some visualizations and tabs may only be available to those subscribed to UNFI ClearVue. What follows are general descriptions of every dashboard tile and report in the Crisp UNFI template.

Current Week Sales vs Last Year

This tile displays information on your current week's distributor sales comparative to the same time period last year. Last year's distributor sales, or "Goal," is displayed along with the percentage shift.

Sales Year to Date vs Last Year

Like its neighboring tile, this compares your sales for the current year to date against the same time period last year. The "Goal," or last year's sales total, is accompanied by your comp sales percentage.

Sales by Week

This comparative graph displays your sales dollar totals week by week and year over year. By visualizing performance in this way, it's easier to track seasonality and recognize sales patterns.

This visualization gives another look at your comparative sales performance in dollars, offering an insight into sales growth trends.

Most Current Week

This displays the latest week of data pulled in from UNFI. If the date is significantly behind, it would be worthwhile to check your UNFI connector in Crisp, as there's a chance it was disconnected after a mandatory password reset within UNFI.

New Stores, Lost Stores

These tiles tell part of the story of your distribution gains and losses. Stores are considered lost if they have had no purchase of any upc in the last 12 weeks.

New Store/Upc Combinations, Lost Store/Upc Combinations

These tiles help complete the story of gains and losses, this time measured by total points of distribution. As these are based on the single total of unique store/product combinations, (Blank) may appear in one of the tiles.

Potentially Lost Store/Upc Lifetime Sales

This tile shows the lifetime sales of the store/upc combinations that have not had a purchase in 12 weeks.

Calculated based on the expected quantity to expire using on hand and forecasted values.

Existing Stores vs Last Year

This tab focuses on All Commodity Volume (ACV) % penetration by combination of product channel and product category as well as by product.

Chargeback tab

This tab displays chargeback analysis by warehouse, Mcb category, date, store, and product with conditional formatting based on chargebacks as a percentage of sales.

Year over Year tab

Use this tab to compare sales and chargeback totals both year over year by week and year to date.

Sales Trajectory tab

This tab allows for comparison of store trajectory by product and/or chain/store. Relative to sales start week.

This tab helps you drill down sales by a multitude of attributes.

Segments tab

In this tab, chains and products are segmented into quartiles. Selecting a chain will show products purchased by the chain and sales over time. Selecting a product will show chains purchasing that product and sales over time. Stores and products are segmented by current status (existing or lost) based on whether or not there has been a purchase within the last 12 weeks.

Explain tab

This tab explains the percentage increase or decrease based on the selection of two points in time, with waterfall charts showing the most significant increases and decreases by chain and product. At the bottom is a detail matrix displaying sales and store purchase information.
