Manufacturers and suppliers that sell their products through Sam's Club have access to point of sale data via the Retail Link portal.
By setting up a connection between Crisp and this portal, you can feed your data into any data destination.
Note: By default Sam's Club has data limits that do not allow Crisp to backfill data from before the connector was created. If you are interested in backfilling historical data, please contact your Sam's Club account representative to discuss your options.
To connect your Sam's Club portal to Crisp:
1. Log into your Crisp account.
2. From the main menu on the left side of the screen, select Connectors.
3. Select the Add connector button.
4. Select the Sam's Club connector tile.
5. If you want, update the name for the connector. Then, enter your username and password for the Retail Link portal.
Note: Before you complete this step, make sure you do not have two-factor authentication turned on for your Retail Link account.
6. Select the Save button.
A diagnostic checklist appears on the right side of the screen. Once all the items are complete, green check marks appear next to them and the connection is finalized.
