The KeHE Fill Rate to Stores dashboard displays how much product was shipped compared to how much product was ordered. Understanding where fill rate is low can help you identify locations where you may want to investigate shipping issues and coordinate solutions, so you can keep your products well-stocked.
The KeHE Fill Rate to Stores dashboard is divided into three sections:
- Overview: See a snapshot of what's going on with your fill rate.
- Drivers: Understand the factors that contribute to your fill rate.
- Details: Dig in to granular information that you can act on to improve your fill rate.
Overview
The Overview section provides high-level information about your fill rate. Use the following map of the screen to guide you.
Fill Rate Over Time
This line graph displays the percentage of ordered product that actually arrived over the selected time period.
Potential Lost Sales (line graph)
This line graph displays the potential lost sales in dollars calculated as the unfilled quantity multiplied by the wholesale unit cost over the selected time period.
Fill Rate by Product
This table displays the percentage of ordered product that actually arrived, broken down by product.
Overview Tiles
- Fill Rate: This tile displays your total percent fill rate over the selected time period.
- Potential Lost Sales: This tile displays the total potential lost sales dollars over the selected time period.
Drivers
You can use the visualizations in the drivers section to better understand the factors that contribute to to your fill rate.
Note: This dashboard does not include DC information because this dashboard relies on a daily source report that does not include DC data.
Fill Rate by Store State (heat map)
This heat map allows you to quickly observe states where fill rate is high versus states where fill rate could be improved. Hover over a state to see the fill rate from the selected period, as well as the quantity ordered vs. the quantity shipped. If available, you can see data by zip code by right-clicking a state and selecting By store zip, allowing you to pinpoint specific areas where shipping might be an issue.
Fill Rate by Retailer (table)
These sortable tables provide fill rate data based on retailer to help you gauge where your fill rate is high and low. You can use this information to understand which retailers are not receiving as much product as they are ordering, so you can investigate shipping issues at the retailer level and collaborate with the retailer and distributor to improve your fill rate.

This table provides store-level information to help you put your insights into action. You can click on a cell to filter the table or select the Tile actions menu ( ), then select Download data to export your data to an Excel file that you can easily share with others.
